If it get's approved the buy back will happen they are committed to that and the money would be put aside for the purpose. The dip in earnings first quarter is not good but nothing horrendous I think they announce EBITA estimate of some $65M USD. Better still they stockpiled and will make most of it up in the second quarter. NIC was not the only producers to have this regulation slow the first quarter but they were one of the first to get approval to commence again.
Wait till the increase in mining to 22M wmt per annum comes through, that will add I guess $30M USD EBITA a quarter.
This is going to rock up, won't be under a dollar by month end?
