In discussions...if they are competent enough it will take 10-20 years to get to that point while borrowing tech from the unprofitable Australian companies.
It is mind blowing what China did in Indo in a few short years! If it can be replicated well done, but i feel they will under invest and under plan.
Just the industrial park itself is incredible!
