Just a thought- if Teck take a punt on Teena wouldn't they like to hold 100% and offer ROX for the 30% now? This would be the time to do it when Zinc is v low and Teena is in its infancy...
(or a take-over? not sure how these things are done but a giant like Teck could surely swallow Rox)
30% would also provide ROX w funds to move forward Fisher..
