unfortunately your earlier post has flaws in it, one in particular:
you stated "My concern though is that leases are still at least 2 to 3 months away going on past performance:"
going on last week's performance: Padaeng granted license to commence work and KCN receiving the forestry permits for all of Chatree North mining which was key to signing the new impending leases.
bottom line is that the new govt means business and are fast tracking approvals, and they do not go on "past performances" of the previous govt.
