in your case, where cto has a clear obligation to pay u money, u can take legal actions. You haved a clear case. No dispute here and eventually they will pay u.
However, when cto promise to produce above 100,000 ounces per annum and deliver around 15,000 ounces...and they keep doing this for 10 years...no one is gonna do anything about it...includes asx...no point in complaining about this and, in my opinion, best thing is to move on...though
this promises cost us a lot of money...
