yes indeed... GNX has managed to get itself setup at just the right time to benefit from the credit of being a hydro/solar setup rather than just solar... NEG may very well discourage other solar farms from progressing while benifiting GNX.
Naturally, if the Fed gov. decides that the NAIF funding to GNX is not granted, this will not help us at all.
IMHO, it is a great pity that the CET will killed off by neanderthals in government, even if GNX benifits.
