Has been some good activity here, thinly traded but nice bounce from bottom. Had $2.6m placement (@13c) in November 2013. Test work completed confirms all 3 products (Primary Ilmenite, secondary ilmenite and rutile/zircon concerntrate)could be produced at target grades and supports current proces design. Ongoing work towards DFS. They expect by this qtr, the environmental and scoial impact assessment to be submitted, which is based on consultation with public and Office National pour L'Environment (ONE), in a format approved by ONE. once submitted final approval will take approx 6 months.
discussion with possible JV's continue....hence where I think MDL play a role
some key dates approaching is supporting initial short term view.
I think it's reasonable play, for speccy, with MDL/Nic Limb assocation.
