David what can I say, VIL often runs without anns just do your research but to help you out a little lets do some homework

On the 25th Jan 2010 No ann out but bullish day, 26th Jan holiday 27th Jan no ann but bullish day

8th Jan ann out the day before at midday but broke the next day on no ANN

This demonstrates that VIL not only runs on anns but speculation and T/A as well. At current oversold prices will be the motivating factor for tommorrow
