Keep dreaming ,The board claim Grimaldi had approx 22mill MMX shares and sold them for about 50 mill and will pursue him for full amount . No chance as I have said prev Phil to Smart. one he paid the ato. one large chunk gone. two majority of bal would not be sitting in Australia and would be out of reach to anyone,all CHM will end up with is a big legal bill trying to chase Phil. Time will tell whose right .$25 mill from mmx shareholders your win .But in time your board will use it for directors fees and expenses
