There doesn't seem to be any issues with DD, so eventually its going to complete & an announcement will be out.

Once this is done & approvals are in place, we wont see it at these levels again. Especially if they are ramping up production & sales in parallel.

It will be interesting to see how more former noteholders want out, it owes them roughly about this price point less interest received.
