    MPS gets the big tick from the Chinese -- well done Philip Gray and the team, this is encouraging to see.

    Now, could this lead to money in the tin for HTI before it's too late? The Chinese are well known for screwing the best deal and they must be well aware of the perilous state of HTI's finances.
