Cafa - my view is that these things take time and there is probably some sort of exchange of info going on between the company and the regulatory body, hence the delay.
Not to mention everything shuts down over Christmas. Just because something is taking longer than expected doesn't mean they don't have it.
But clearly you are much wiser than the former head of Cochlear - the best biotech in Australia right?
And what's more why do you even care? You don't even hold shares anymore.
