And then suggest that the appointment of a new board member is somehow relevant to the outcome. I find your assertion a little difficult to understand the rationale.
And then you want to take issue that I do not currently hold the shares -so what? Does the claimed holding of shares make any difference to the technical aspect of regulatory approval or not? I say claimed as many are not truthful in their disclosures and sentiment, are they?
Lastly you sow the seed of sour grapes. Very defensive behavour indeed.

I never said that was the case. I offered my view as to the delays. In relation to the IDE, the guidance from the FDA is most clear, in the absence of a rejection it is granted at the end of the 45 days. There may be an implication that the 45 days are working days and thus public holidays would not be counted. So that would add two days - Xmas and New Year day.
As a SH I'm sure you will have worked out when the 45 days is up. Maybe you could post the date that you believe we will now one way or the other?
Now, I ask again do you want to debate the aspects of regulatory approvals or not?
