Not implying that the FDA is "working with", but they are consulting each other. That's what happens in submissions.
On your trial prognosis, I don't disagree, but if the trial is expanded etc then it is usually to expand usage etc and positive. There could be positive newsflow along the way.
I'm not to carried away with T/O, but it is possible as SRX was targeted early on by Cephalon and SRX has in the last few presentations itself brought in M & A into their plans.
Personally would rather back this team.
It fascinates me why Legume and ors worry about OSL. Move on, with their insights, I'd imagine their own portfolios require more work!
