Agree with all that you have said, although (not wanting to pedantic) just wanted to correct the EPS figure and hence the PE.

From the Half yearly the EPS was 0.35cents

Calculated from:

Total comprehensive income for the period: 1,995,049.00
Shares on issue: 56,845,926
EPS = 1,995,049/56,845,926 = $0.035 = 0.35cents

If you assume the same earnings for the 2nd 6 months then total EPS for the year is 0.7cents or a PE of just over 17

Incidentally, BB shows the PE in the order of 26 (probably using the rolling year earnings which are lower than what ive assumed above)
