but the point you make highlights the other big probs with the announcement. really when you think about it there was very very little detail or explanation. they should have said what the previous guidance was and that it wasnt there's but the markets expectation. simply saying we are down 4.5mill on NPAT isnt really good dislosure. Whats the yarstick - its all relative? Should have been a greater explanation on EPS effects and greater explanation for the reasons contributing to the downgrade.

I am just seriously peeved right now. Geez if the management cant grow seriously and profitably in the biggest domestic boom in mining engineering in the history of Australia then maybe this dog deserves a PE of no more than 6. Dont forget in the long run this is a cyclical industry and we are in a boom, how is this company going to go when we revert to at or below long term average cycle???
