    I think it is a big time buy.
    But it is time to for management to have a long hard look at themselves.
    Its time for the board to not accept average, and go out and get a decent management team.
    New life, new vigor is required.

    RCR is now a big time takeover target.

    Management....
    Pull your finger out.
    If you don't, your company will be taken over for a song and neither shareholders or management will reap the rewards if that happens.
