You've been around these threads for a while so its hard to tell if you're serious.
10.5 imo is in dream land at the moment but thats not to say we're not worth that much.
Problem is, we are badly flooded and we really won't see any activity for some months.
Unless there's a takeover, sadly, I think our SP is going to tread water (boom boom).
