If you talk to employees of the company, they are very bullish about the prospects over the coming months/years. The resent acquisitions are cash flow postive for the company and the company has very healthy margins.

Plus the recutitment market is the strongest it has been for the last 2 years.

It is also worth noting that the company has a divesified biuiness, eg payroll solutions,etc which will help it weather any dips in the economy.

I think this is a great stock to be acquiring and is currently taking a "breather" from recent gains.
