    How do you know that the cash has been deposited? If the sale contract stipulated subject to gov approval then the contract is (almost) as good as cash anyhow.
    Can you see any potential problems with getting gov approval? I can't as AZC has already sold their 80% and the buyer is much more likely to develop it than either APG or AZC.
