    I bought at 2.8 cents about 2 weeks ago.
    don't know why, but I thought it was good to buy when there 's blood on the street (with IPGS drama, American debt saga, etc, etc, and some positive spin on TSV a few weeks ago).

    Glad it went up a wee bit today;

    As someone mentioned, $$$$ in the kitty tad low,
    How?
