IMO, this is the big challenge for Zelira and I'm glad someone is talking about it - if they take too long getting past that dilution it won't be good for confidence.
Generally though, these types of incentives are agreed to by both parties to be fair and achievable (as its in both their interests) so I would be surprised if they aren't reached relatively quickly - fingers crossed anyway.
If they can get through that dilution and the market can see an exponential revenue trajectory, Zelira is off to the races.

Then it's all about the end game - the big pharma buy out when medicinal cannabis becomes legal in the states at a federal level - long way to go before that though.
