No need to re-hash very bullish technical picture and the fundamentals have been discussed by everyone. Poised for a major break-out above 5 cents. On Balance Volume is up +75 million shares on the build up to current level. The day traders who were trading very large blocks of shares have been bought out by larger fish. So the size/frequency of selling blocks has dropped. The very liquid options market (of several weeks ago) has also tightened up very considerably.

Looks and smells like a major move about to play out based on speculation about deals and plans in the pipeline.
