It would make sense to promote before the options expire to get the extra cash. I'm not sure if starting discussion with commercial partners mid December would lead to a deal before options expiry within a few weeks. It would be nervous times to be holding options but you never know with Mr market. Who knows if the word gets out we might be laughing at the prospect of the options not getting exercised.
