Situation here is very much a gamble, not trade-able too much, most will be buying to hold for an announcement of an acquisition that's now likely to be Israel tech related. Plenty of 'heads up' going on. Could happen in the next 10 mins, could happen next year, that's the gamble part.
Other than that, chartwise it's giving buy signals plus plenty of weak holders around, so who knows.
