The next update they promise is supposed to be about the type of equipment to best extract the gold... which is really still only about things we already sorta know. Not likely to have a further impact on SP.

What we need next is at least some provisional indication of the timeline they plan to work to... when will the equipment start arriving on-site... when will the initial material start processing... when will further test digs be done from the initial trench...

It doesn't matter if it isn't an exact schedule, but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of big money will sit on the sidelines until they can get some idea of the rate of return on their investment. Without a time component that'll be very hard to do.
