i dont think they will ever get the permission.
i think its set up for a takeover from an indo company that comes out of the balinese woodwork.
the 10% stake perilya took might just speed up this process.
euroz valuation at $3, so im sure it will be at a price that still includes the risk of no permission, therefore mid 2s.
