my feeling is that we'll see 0.13 before we see 0.095 again, and before too long.

Further, the shenanigans that usually takes place when a stock is trying to break into the 0.10's from the 0.099's often plays out over a few days/weeks, with the volumes going thru on PEN, I think it may get through the 0.10's in a matter of hours/days.

Paradoxically, I think the tragedy in Japan will help Uranium share price as it will bring everyones attention to it, ... especially that of PEN.

The Japanese earthquake and tsunami absolutley rocked that reactor, hard to imagine a larger natural disaster, and already it is close to being contained.

Sure, China et al will conduct safety due diligence, as they should, but those boxes will all be ticked with greater safety protocols in place; great, win/win.
