(1) ELK is worth 23m barrels recoverable oil = 23m x $80US ($1.84 billions US at current price)? market Cap only $22 millions US
(2) INP is worth 120m barrels with 15% recoverable oil = 120m x 15% x $80 US ($1.44 billions)? market cap $ 200 millions US

did I miss anything?

Mate if those figures are correct than my summation of mondays frantic buying will be on the money.
