    Someone just put 300k on to sell at 72 ...probably a capper .. but could be a smarty pants slipping it in 1 cent under the last high of 73 cents. Doiesn't matter ...should gradually go higher as more announcements are made. I wonder if today's surge is from Bulletin readers?
