Have a look at the May 2013 conference call transcript. "Period of hypergrowth... Many transformational agreements generating revenue immediately... 2013 to be the inflection point for the company...." And they showed slides of something like 10 deals before the end of that year. This moved S/P at the time from around 35c to around 70c, which coincidentally helped them get money at a better price.
