re: nice huge contract news Redflex will no doubt keep the politicians happy and take over the contract on face terms but have a bigger margin in the back trail to make up for it. Politicians save face for dealing with a dead company , RDF gets the business and later in the contract term gets suitable rewards as payment. Pretty good position to be in. Better than forcing a re-tender etc as some other upstart company will delay the process and what RDF really wants is more intersections as soon as it can on the install list so it can keep all teams busy.
