The downside risks that shorters had bet on are dwindling away. My advice to them would be to buy in now as for every benign cat free day, the Qbe share price is looking more undervalued with rising global bond yields, equity stock appreciations boosting investment income and higher business turnovers, increasing Qbe's premium income.
Next prediction, $14 by 28th February 2013.
