Stefanis, a lot would have to go Qbe's way for us to get back to $16.30 this year.

If:

1.AUD/USD averages under 98 cents
2. Aussie 10 year govt yields average 3.8% or more
3. US 10 year govt yields average 2.5% or more
4. UK 10 year govt yields average 2.5% or more
4. US farming areas get some good rain in the next 2 months
5. Global major cats remain relatively benign

then, I would say $16.30 is very achievable by Sept 2013.

At the moment, these 5 issues are trending the right way and QBE's share price will follow this momentum.
