I dont get it, people seem to be panicing because the fundamentals support a higher share price.

the fundamentals being too good for the company to be at this price is not a reason to sell, its a reason to buy.

Unless research delivers different fundamental analysis, the share price not moving TODAY has NO BEARING WHATSOEVER on the fundamentals.

Whether we finished at 6.9 today or 8.9, we wouldve had the same amount of coal on the same train being sold at the same price to the same people. A day/week/month's movement of share price DOES NOT affect the business IN ANY WAY.

No one who argues the 'sell' side has a sound fundamental reason for selling.

The only fundamental reason for selling is a self fulling prophecy, that is, because the share price is low, any further cap raisings will happen at a lower share price which will lower the value of the shares due to dilution. The only thing decreasing the fundamental 'value' of the business is a lower share price due to the increased cost (dilution of ownership) of future equity driven funding.

The core business itself is firing on all cylinders and there is no reason at this stage to believe otherwise.

In terms of technical analysis, ignore the noise, look at the fact that some big player loaded up with 20 MILLION shares over 2 days, in 2 purchases. That is someone with serious money getting part of the pie. You dont load up 20 million shares in a micro cap just to day trade them.
