You are referring to balance sheet items, that is a capital structure issue.
Seems strange that you would then capitalise the word NOT in your reply when that is exactly what you are doing.
Net debt of 35M is extremely low gearing
Gearing will not be a reason to cut the dividend
The dividend will only be affected by price of output, copper, gold, silver and capex decisions.
Not sure why i need to grow up
