    Hi Sputnick,

SBN is currently in very good hands. All management needs to do now is focus on executing the business plan.Running out of cash come 2010 is most unlikely imo given the pipeline of iniatives and opportunities currently being presented to SBN! Nothing that is tangible in life is a certainty I guess but I do like their chances of gaining real commercial traction in the near to mid term. There are quite a few emerging companies that I like atm including SBN which really is about to enter the eye of a potential sunrise industry in the making. Drug abuse is now indemic in civilised societies from one side of the globe to the other. There lies the very source of a potential sunrise industry!!! SBN currently enjoys a suite of best of breed IP and associated products/services necessary to both meet and service an emerging market.
l guess we all have our own opinions on that one but suffice to say, to me it clearly represents a sound foundation for any investment in SBN.

Currently, many smaller and mid cap companies are now on the brink of running out of operating capital. Times are as tough as I have ever experienced and there will be significant carnage in the months, perhaps years ahead.
Strangely, SBN is in a most enviable position given its sound balance sheet, zero debt and cash that should take its frugal operation some distance down the commercial path! Despite the difficult prevailing conditions, out of the raucous will limp survivors. SBN will survive, maybe even flourish given an ounce of luck but the real question that needs to be answered is whether or not this finacial catastophe in fact provides the catalyst, a watershed if you will, for a new world order of micro and macro economics that will sporn the next crop of lean, productive and emerging companies..... and whether or not SBN will be one of them? The sort of emerging companies that I refer to are those that inherently boast the ability to meet a market at a time when those markets are willing to embrace and exploit their products or services, primarily out of a need!. In many instances, this may be by stealth or design but either way, emerging companies will be those that are configured in every aspect to exploit an opportunity. I strongly believe that SBN represents such a company but as with all things that are unknown, time will be both the judge and jury.

And one last comment, I do not begrudge anyone for selling since everyone's position is uniquely different in respect to both circumstance and perspective. Notwithstanding, atm unless the need is driven by monetary requirements and/or constraints, I see little real benefit, given the current health and prospects of the company going forward from selling at such low historical prices. In six to 12 months when the world has completely adapted to a recessionary environment and the fear has subsided as it inevitably will, it is more than likely that the SBN's of our corporate world will be the ones that selectively provide the real grunt potential for our future investments.

    Great night to all!!
