As you say it would be all over. The two companies are very closely intertwined by the looks of the activities over the last couple of years. Just look at the board members of both cmopanies, you dont have to be a rocket scientist.
No doubt all part of a larger strategy which time will reveal. No point worrying about it. Buy or Sell are the two options the majority of us can actually do about it and with that like everything in life it's about timing.
PDN and DYL have too much in common to part ways at thsi stage.
