I've had to pull $10K out to re do the bathroom and I'm crapped off- opportunity cost/loss makes this bathroom really costing me a $100K, on the basis of a 10 bagger from here. Not a happy camper.
Then again, I still have most of the wife's father's estate monies parked in PRR- can't complain too much as the payback should be worth the wait.
