yip agree and don't mind if it indicates new news immanent. Recent down trend was broken a week or so ago, we need a 3.3 break and close above to move above this recent 2.7 3.3 sideways / trading range, then oomph to get though 3.8 to 4.3's. So if news is good...and one assumes something good is coming if they want to place 100m shares. Could even spike : )
