But it isn't a debt cliff. There is very little due in the next three years, in fact it equates to only one quarter's FCF. So no cliff. $4.42 billion in debt for a company with a current market value of $11 billion is not a bubble, especially when considering the repayment profile of that debt, some of which is out over 20 years.
The Harry Dent speculation is just that, I have read one of his novels and he likes to use lots of terminology found in introductory finance and accounting classes. I found little substance behind many of his assertions. If Soros or Buffett said that gold was going way down, well that would be another matter.
