wont last I don't think, 1509, infact 1609aud isn't enough to cope with the usd debt imo.
AUD is way way down on last balancing date of USD and the AUD pog has not gone up nearly as high as a % to compensate.
now that ive said that , no doubt it will now take off.
Still trading at a healthy premium to book value which is very surprising to me.
0PC yield is obviously attractive to someone

DJ UBS Sees Turmoil in Gold Stocks, But Says Australia Miners Insulated -- Market Talk
2303 GMT [Dow Jones] UBS is tipping "further turmoil" in the gold-mining
sector ahead if U.S. rates rise as the market expects. It says gold sentiment is
unsurprisingly weak, and questions whether the sector will face more writedowns after a
tumble in the precious metal's value. It's already projected an impairment
against Newcrest Mining Ltd.'s (NCM.AU) Lihir mine of as much as A$2.5 billion. That
said, "Australian domestic gold names such as Evolution Mining Ltd. (EVN.AU) and
Regis Resources Ltd. (RRL.AU), in our view, will be somewhat insulated from a fall in the
USD gold price assuming the AUD falls commensurately, thereby helping to preserve
margins," it says. ([email protected]; Twitter: @RhiannonHoyle)
