Brewer
Has no breakdown of buys as per North Sound but someone mentioned they thought Brewer had been buying from quite early on.However one would think he chucked a fair bit in as of late to have motivated both the sp rise(from teens to twenties perhaps) as well as his significant holder license.Notice is dated 20/11/06.
----------------------------------------------------
As you can see for North Sound one buy at 32c was for 26 million odd which has no doubt contributed to the technical support that the sp hit in the last few days.
There has been no further change in substantial holding for either so one wonders where this new level of buying is coming from. One cant discount these guys continuing their buying with no notice given as yet as the authorities really dont seem to hold these guys to immediate updates if buying stretches for a few days or more.Selling down would be a different matter and would have to be notified quickly you would think.
The other thing that interests me is just why did North Sound and Brewer buy when they did at what they did. What motivated them to take it to this level this fast?Is there a specfic fundamental reason behind this or is it just based on the overall stregth of Perkoa as a project.Perhaps others have wind of this same news or are simply following the lead of these new substantial holders on the basis of the companies fundamentals.
Lots of questions we will probably never know the answers to.
Flying after breaking current resistance?
Depends a lot on how the Npv lines up with the offtake imho assuming they can get their act together and deliver the goods with the aforementioned project requirements.
Lots to do.I wouldnt be dissappointed if it was all done by end of January.Question is will this satisfy Brewer and North Sound?
