MANSOUNIA RESOURCE INCREASES 56%TO 1,294,000 OUNCES OF
GOLD

Highlights


? Significant upgrade to Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources at the Mansounia
Gold Deposit (“MGD”) in Guinea, West Africa, to 52 million tonnes at 0.8g/t gold
for 1,294,000 ounces of gold, using a 0.4g/t gold cut-off (Table A). This is an
increase of approximately 56% on the previous estimate of 36.5 million tonnes at
0.7g/t gold for 829,700 ounces, using a 0.4g/t Au gold cut-off as reported to ASX in
May 2009.
