TJ, the ONLY reason I can see that Smyth hasn't been run out of town long ago, is due to his massive SH in the company which gives him veto votes over any challenger. Plus the board members are compliant to his whims.
How can you over see so many disasters, costs simply to high, paying way to much for non performing assets, employing a CEO and CFO only to sack them a few weeks latter when you discover that they think you and your board are incompetent. (shareholders will pay for this stuff up) That alone should have seen him on his bike.
He's had more than enough time to prove he's an asset to the company and failed miserably. In my view he's an old fool that doesn't realise he has gone way beyond his "use by date".
