I don't know the guy (might be the nicest guy in the world), but he only holds a couple of percent - not 20% or something - but has been in the Chair seat for more than a decade ? If this was a leading sport franchise the fans would have lynched them for this performance ! I would like to buy stock, but why when there is no visible strategy and there is a potential big capital raising (to fund South America - or am I misreading the Presentations they have put out a while ago ?)
