In this market to attract Newmont to fund the Overlander exploration is a very nice move. Sure there's 'get out' clauses for Newmont but there usually is for these kind of things. Good quantum of cash to put into drilling - if there's another EH there then those $$ should be enough to find it & the HMX share will still be far, far in excess of current market cap. And the rest of the HMX portfolio (which is still pretty good!) remains 100% unaffected.
