I can't give advice but the Scheme booklet on page 12 says

"New Beach Shares will be issued on the Implementation Date,
which is expected to be on or about Tuesday, 1 March 2016,​

in accordance with the indicative timetable on page 9."

But it would seem trading will start tomorrow on a deferred settlement basis in which case your Beach (deferred settlement) shares should appear in your account (without you doing anything) if they are currently CHESS registered and you have a HIN. Well that's the way I understand it. We will see tomorrow. Eshmun

"Beach Shares currently trade on the ASX and the New Beach
Shares issued under the Merger are expected to commence
trading on the ASX on a deferred settlement basis on
Friday, 19 February 2016. Trading in New Beach Shares on
a normal settlement basis is expected to commence on
Wednesday, 2 March 2016.
Section 7 (Risk factors) outlines the possible risks associated​

with trading during the deferred settlement period."
