    These guys can make the stock move, so as to create a chart that draws optimistic support from outside players. That support can of course then be exploited (DUMP!). Charts work in normal trade tide flows. CVI is anything but that. If you ain't one of the club be careful. Stay well clear.

    Interesting how some of the hopeful never give up.
