    Welcome aboard to all those who became CBL shareholders today. Let's hope it proves to be (to quote Arthur Daley) "a nice little earner?" Daley knew a thing or two about risk. And as Arthur was want to say (about the French) "our foreign friends can be very handy, very handy indeed."
